Karinya charges a flat daily fee for mediations (depending on number of parties, type of case and whether travel is required). The flat rate includes all advance preparation time and unlimited hours at the mediation itself. If the case is not resolved, Karinya will typically engage in follow-up post-mediation services at no additional charge.

Conflict Resolution Consulting

Karinya can provide a free initial consultation to determine your conflict resolution needs. From there, she can assist in creating a package that covers the design, implementation and continued support of tailored dispute resolution systems, protocols and/or policies.

ADR Training

Karinya can provide a free initial consultation to determine your ADR training needs… whether it be for mediation, negotiation or communication skills.
